The memory boxes displayed below are currently available to order!

Please take a moment to review the following important information before you proceed to add memory boxes to your cart:

• If you would prefer Adalynn’s Gift to choose assortment of memory boxes for your hospital, please email AdalynnsGift@gmail.com.

• Sizes are approximate. To see how they were determined, visit here.

• We cannot fulfill individual/personal orders at this time.

• Memory boxes are provided at no cost to hospitals. In the check out’s “billing” section, use the hospital’s name on address line one and street address on line two. The order form will not ask for/require any credit card information.

• Memory boxes are available for hospitals through these options:

  • Pick up in Wallingford, CT (must show a hospital ID to validate where they will be used at).

  • Delivery to any hospital in CT (no charge). Please select at least 8 memory boxes if you’re choosing delivery to hospital.

  • If you’re in a state surrounding CT and in need of memory boxes, please email us to see if we can accommodate.

• Please use your hospital email to place the order. After receiving the order, Adalynn’s Gift will contact you to arrange pick up or delivery.

• If an order cannot meet the pick-up or delivery requirements mentioned, Adalynn’s Gift may cancel the order. We will contact the email provided before cancelling.
