Please use your hospital email address to place the order. Upon order receipt, Adalynn’s Gift will reach out to coordinate pick up or delivery.
Memory boxes are available for hospitals through two options:
Pick up in Wallingford, CT (must show a hospital ID to validate where they will be used at).
Delivery to any hospital in CT.
Due to time/gas expenses, If selecting delivery, please select a minimum of 8 memory boxes.
